Refunds and Exchanges

In the instance that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase. All returns (including faulty and change of mind) must be made within 14 days from receipt. Simply email info@amelieandeve.com.au for returns form and further details.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered postal services; please ensure it is packed appropriately to prevent damage. All return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Amelie and Eve.

To obtain a Refund or Exchange you must meet the following return policy conditions;

•item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt;

•item/s must be in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached; and

•the Tax Invoice/Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase

On receipt of returned item, you will be credited the full purchase price of item or exchanged, as per your request.

Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment. If your original transaction included the use of a gift card as a payment method, you will be credited the value of the return as a virtual gift card sent via email. Any return balance above the value of the original gift card used in the transaction will be refunded to you via your original method of payment.

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or change of mind exchanges on earrings.

Change of mind returns

We will happily offer an exchange/refund on full priced items, excluding shipping costs.

Change of mind includes but is not limited to size, colour (please note that visual displays do vary therefore colours may not be an exact match) or incorrect product selection

Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind purchases.

We will send you return details and a mailing bag.
